The use of Ceramiweld in pump shells provides a substantial savings to the contractors annual maintenance budget . Pump shell casings can be operated for 3 cents per placed meter based on 800,000 cubic meters with a 28 x 28 pump compared to 8.4 cents utilizing a chromium wire buildup.
